Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion period is valid from 1 November 2025 - 30 April 2026.
  2. The Exclusive Promotion is a promotional program offering a discount of IDR 20,000 (twenty thousand rupiah) with a minimum purchase of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) when using Neobank Mobile Banking.
  3. The promotion is available with a maximum quota of 3,000 (three thousand) transactions per month. If the monthly quota for the Exclusive Promotion has been fully redeemed, customers may receive a discount through the HematPay program.
  4. Each customer is eligible to use the promotion up to two (2) times per month during the exclusive promotion period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Exclusive Promotion does not apply to multiple, split, or any other transactions deemed as misuse of the promotion by the Bank.
  5. BP-AKR may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program without prior notification.
  6. The Merchant and the Bank have the right to conduct an analysis of the fairness of the transaction at any time and have the right to cancel the transaction
