Promo OVO Cashback Rp 40.000

Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is valid from 20 November 2025 – 31 Januari 2026.
2. Users who make four (4x) transactions at bp service stations during the promo period, with a minimum transaction of Rp350,000 each time, will receive Rp40,000 in OVO Points cashback.
3. Valid only for payments using OVO Cash and cannot be combined with OVO Points.
4. Each user is entitled to receive the cashback only once (1x) during the program period.
5. Stamps will expire if the mission is not completed by 31 December 2025 and cannot be carried over to the following month.
6. Cashback is given in the form of OVO Points (1 OVO Point = Rp1).
7. This promo is only valid at bp service stations for payments made via Primavista EDC (OVO payment method).
8. Cashback will be sent no later than 3 × 24 hours after the final stamp is received.
9. The promo cannot be combined with other promotions offered by partnering merchants.
10. If OVO Points are not received after the transaction, please report to OVO Customer Service at 1500 696 or cs@ovo.id (available 24 hours).
11. If any fraudulent activity is detected during the promo, OVO reserves the right to cancel the OVO Points granted.
12. For any complaints or refund requests related to products or payments, please contact the respective merchant directly.
13. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
14. In the event of an OVO transaction failure due to any technical issue (either from the EDC or the application), the merchant is not responsible. Consumers must complete the payment and may contact OVO Customer Service.
15. BP-AKR at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program without prior notification.
